GENERAL CONDITIONS
The contract becomes vigorous at the moment you receive our order confirmation. Our conditions of use are exclusively valid for all orders in our online shop.
DATA SECURITY
Your data are not given to any third parties and are confidentially treated according to the data protection act.
COURT OF JURISDICTION
Our business activity is exclusively based on the Swiss law. Court of jurisdiction is Zürich.
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
In order to send you the order as quickly as possible we might split it into several deliveries. There are no additional costs for you if we do so.
If you do not order the "Poster Parcel" we send out the poster in the folded form.
We deliver by „Swiss Post.“
If you are a new customer we might ask you for advance payment.
The prices in our online shop are only for delivery within Switzerland. For deliveries outside of Switzerland we have to charge you additional shipping costs and ask you for advance payment.
The Swiss VAT of 7.6% is included in all prices. (Except for concert tickets. These are VAT-free.)
There is no minimum order value. But if your order is below CHF 14.90 we have to add a lower-quantity surcharge of CHF 3.-
All shipped goods remain the property of Leech Redda Music GmbH until fully paid.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS AUDIO, VIDEO OR DATA MEDIAS
Exchange or withdrawal of audio, video or data medias (cd, vinyl, dvd) are not possible for copyright reasons.
It’s not possible to exchange or send back any products because you don’t like it or because you think the description in our shop is inadequate.
Vinyl: unfortunately the quality of vinyl pressings isn’t very good sometimes. So you can’t exchange or send back any vinyl products because of poor quality sound or minor damages to the cover (done of cheap cartboard today, too). If it’s not possible to play the product because of major damages (scratches) you can of course still exchange it.
We’re sorry about this. But it’s just a fact that vinyl is produced very cheaply today.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS SHOES, SHIRTS ETC
Shoes, Shirts etc can be exchanged but only if they are weared only once at home to try the article. Please always let us know why you send back the item and if you want us to send you a different size of it. Please always send us back the original invoice, too. Also if you have ordered different items but only send back a part of your order. You will get a new invoice with the correct sum.
Underwear and bathing suits can’t be exchanged for reasons of hygiene.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
We ask you to settle the invoice in within 10 days.
If you are in delay with your payments and don’t pay despite to several written reminders we will close your account and take the course of the law .
Costs for written reminders:
1st reminder: CHF 2.-, 2nd reminder: CHF 5.-, 3rd reminder: CHF 10.-
We reserve ourselves to charge an interest of 10% per year if you don’t pay in time.
